Hamptons Tunbridge Wells have been our preferred agents for renting out our properties over the last six years. They have excellent staff, a great data base and are very efficient. The fully managed service, although a little more costly, has always been our preference. We have had several property managers over the years, Fiona Bradfield, Nikki Cullen and more recently Vygaile Petruluonyte, all of whom have been great. Recently Kiara Bowles, a letting Consultant has been managing all the administrative detail for our new tenants in Tunbridge Wells. A great addition to the team!

Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller. Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

My experience with Hamptons Estate Agents Tunbridge Wells was, without exaggeration, one of the worst I’ve ever had. Throughout a £2.5m purchase, I encountered behaviour that felt, at times, misleading and, at best, deeply disorganised and incompetent. For a company positioning itself as a trusted local agent, the lack of professionalism was astonishing. The process was stressful, poorly managed, and far below what I would expect at this level of transaction. Every time I recount the experience to friends, colleagues, or neighbours, they are genuinely shocked at how bad it was. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid the Tunbridge Wells branch.

As newcomers to the world of property rentals, I was surprised by the varying range of attitudes from the agents we spoke to. Some were openly rude and dismissive, others just disinterested. However, when we spoke to Olivia and the Hamptons Tunbridge Wells team we realised that we had reached the best of the best! Not only was Olivia helpful, charming and enthusiastic, the property was of equal high quality (and we have gone ahead and moved in today!). We recently had the pleasure of working with Olivia and her team of Fiona & Ben at Hamptons Tunbridge Wells during our property search. From the beginning we set out very particular parameters for them, in short, to find us a unicorn; the perfect home on the perfect grounds in a magical village. Immediately Olivia and her team dug in, sorting through a vast number of properties, visiting them in advance to be sure they fit our brief, taking and sending videos to get our thoughts, even mapping out our train routes & collecting us at each station.
