We were looking for a 5+ bedroom plus office property and struggling to find one that met our needs. Hamptons took it upon themselves to "properly" assist and faultlessly arranged numerous viewings and second viewings in a very professional manner. Overall, the experience with Hamptons was excellent. I dealt with Bailey King throughout the process and he kept me updated throughout the entire time and was by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. My previous local agent could learn lessons from Hamptons on how to treat people as I will now stick with Hamptons following this experience. This is how it is should be done! I wouldn't bother with other estate agents in Tonbridge & T/Wells, Hamptons are better!!! I can say this through sufficient experience... Well done Bailey & thank you.

Olivia was so helpful in finding us a lovely new apartment. She knew we were on the hunt with a tight deadline, and was super helpful in sending us top places before they even went on the likes of Rightmove or zoopla so we could be the first ones in to see. She knew exactly what we wanted- was super helpful, accommodating, organized, and made our move a breeze! Would highly recommend over other letting agency’s we’ve used in Tunbridge Wells. We will definitely be working with Olivia and her team again!
