From start to finish Matt has just been absolutely fantastic! His communication has been top drawer, keeping me updated at each stage of the sale of my property. He organised a brilliant photographer, arranged to have an EPC done and produced a fantastic advert to sell my property. I also saw Tom for a mortgage appointment and he was also fabulous, friendly manner and answered all my questions. All the staff at Connells are so nice and friendly, warm welcome when I first walked in and approached them about listing my property, I will go no where else in future and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have really only dealt with Matt and Hamish and find them to be incredibly helpful, professional, informative and personable. Matt particularly has guided me through every step of the process in selling my house (as the more more senior figure), so far. They both have a very personal approach and I'd highly recommend them. Absolutely horrible service. I rented the flat on 20 of August with Connels. After i had moved , i reported them some faults in the property. How many times i called and emailed i could not count but they did not call me back or reply my email back then i pop in the their office i tried to explain my issues. There was nobody from letting team they said and eventually! They called me back. I told her my issues and wanted to cancel my home insurance policy and she said to me "i should have canceled my direct debit without tell up anything. Can you believe that ?! Bizarre !She thought i was a young and forgein man and i did not know how it works in this country.!!" The last conversation was a week ago and i m still waiting they are going to sort it out !! ridiculous and unresponsible services. Thank for your great professionalism !!

Our mortgage advisor, Pete Wan, was brilliant. Being first time buyers we had no real idea about how the process worked but Pete made sure to explain everything thoroughly and ensured that we were given all the options. We really valued his insight into the properties we were looking at and appreciate the time he took to answers all our questions and put us at ease. His knowledge of the local area and useful contacts were invaluable to our search for a property. Pete found us a brilliant mortgage offer that we wouldn’t have found elsewhere and made the process so simple. He has been far more than just a mortgage advisor to us and we are extremely grateful for his help in buying our property. The worst estate agents you can deal with. Customer service is a very big unknown for their staff. More to this everywhere you go you come across their old "let by" or "sold" signs which have been left behind for ages nobody cares to manage this side of their business. I will never use such a bad managed business. Good luck maybe you will have a better experience
