GoogleI went to look at a new property at the Willows in Horam. I have to say how lovely Christine and Pam are in the office, the ladies were just so helpful nothing was to much trouble. Always there if I had a question to ask and I was made to feel special. I'm now in the process of buying at the Willows and that's down to Christine and Pam. Tom Hogger in particular has been a great help in sorting out our mortgage for our new house, securing us a lower rate whilst we waited to exchange and getting our offer extended when we faced delays in our chain. GoogleIf I could rate Connells Tunbridge Wells a 0 I would. Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication from the agents. To just name an example they provided a very very poorly written description for my house, even if the person struggled with grammar I would expect a spell check to be used at the very least. The photos for the ad were incomplete. When I complained they failed to at least offer an apology for the poor service. They then provided very little communication soon after that. As someone who works in client services I have never experienced poor service with such a lack of ownership and responsibility for their actions.

GoogleConnells Tunbridge wells letting staff are PHENOMENAL!!! made the whole process quick and very explanatory for someone like me who is slow and very busy aswell!! They helped when I couldn’t quite get the referencing right from previous letting agents/landlords, they have been so patient and very kind and positive about the entire process.
