I cannot highly recommend Ollie Spackman and his team at Connells Tunbridge Wells enough. Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, but navigating the process from abroad adds a whole new layer of complexity. Ollie made it completely seamless; communication was effortless despite the distance, and he kept me completely aligned at every stage. I received excellent, detailed feedback after every viewing, which gave me total confidence in how the sale was progressing. Even in a tough, unpredictable market, Ollie's dedication got the property sold. Recently went thru the trauma of having to sell my parents house, and Ollie & Ashton made the process so much smoother than I expected. Not only did the figuratively hold my hand all the way through the process, prompting me when I needed to do stuff, they advised on options and where to spend money and where to save marketing the property. In one long weekend they got 14....yes FOURTEEN offers on the property and it eventually sold for almost £20k over the asking price. All for a modest 3 bed semi on a busy road! I really couldn't have asked for more, and they deserve every penny of their comission.

Their marketing of my house went above and beyond: As well as the expected internet postings, prospective buyers were actively sought, demonstrating that these guys really know the local market. I was kept regularly informed on marketing strategies & results & given detailed feedback after every viewing. Special mention must go to the Senior Branch Manager, Ollie, and the Sales Progressor, Tracey, who, once Connells found my buyer, guided and supported me through what otherwise could have been a stressful process. They both kept me up to date with developments - not only regarding my sale but also my onward purchase. We found the most gorgeous house through Connells Tunbridge Wells. It didn’t have the usual sale process due to being a repossession but Ollie and his team were absolute stars at explaining the differences to us.
