Manager Ollie Spackman and his team, have guided me through this process, challenging at times but we reached my goal yesterday. GoogleMy experience with Connells was great! Ollie was always very responsive and consistently followed up. His team was also fantastic. It's not very common to complete a flat purchase quickly, but I managed to complete within just 2 months, thanks to Ollie being on top of everything. Carly, who showed us the flat at the beginning, really understood my needs. I hadn’t actually booked a viewing for this particular property, but she kindly took extra time, even outside of her working hours, to show it to me. The flat turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I’m very thankful to her! Overall, I highly recommend working with Connells in Tunbridge Wells, they made the whole process smooth and efficient!

He did a great job of graciously balancing patience with my busy schedule and being proactive with chasing all parties involved in the sale. Tom also was fantastic with his role in helping my wife and I apply for our new mortgage. We’re both self-employed so benefited greatly from his wisdom and experience.

GoogleWould highly recommend Connells and in particular Tom Hogger for his expert advice and reassuring guidance throughout the whole process. From beginning to end Tom was there to answer any questions, help us understand a market we were very new too and be there to offer advice where needed. We would 100% use him again and would recommend to anyone. We are now a month in our new property and very happy.

Friendly agent, but valued our flat £20k lower than the 3 other agents who had come through, telling us despite our central location with parking a minute walk from the station, “the only thing people care about is square footage”. We sold our flat £20k above Connells’ valuation less than 2 weeks later. They called asking for feedback over a month after their visit. Clowns.

GoogleLyla Moger at the Tunbridge wells branch was incredibly helpful. We viewed the property with her and she was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. We put in our application that night and the following day it was accepted and Lyla contacted us quickly to get the ball rolling. She was incredibly professional and efficient and made our experience as easy as possible.

GoogleAs first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Connells. Oliver Spackman, the Senior Branch Manager, was fantastic throughout, his communication was excellent, and he always took the time to talk us through each stage of the process in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure we always knew what to do next and regularly checked in, which really helped put us at ease. Tracey Keithson, the Progressor Manager, mainly handled matters with our solicitor and did a great job keeping things moving, with Oliver also checking in and supporting where needed. We felt supported the whole way through and would highly recommend Connells, especially for first-time buyers.
