GoogleI have been on the market with 2 other agents before Preston Baker and they both yielded in zero viewings and hardly any communication for weeks. However, as soon as I put the house on the market with Preston Baker I had a couple of viewings every week, I even had a viewing on new Years Day. I would recommend Preston Baker to anyone that wants to sell or buy a property, the staff are very helpful and friendly and best of all they keep you informed regularly.

GooglePreston Baker delivered an excellent service from start to finish with the recent sale of my house. They were supportive throughout, and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Selling houses can be extremely stressful and it was a huge comfort to have Preston Baker looking after the sale due to their consistently professional approach. I will definitely use them again, and don't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleNo respect for honoring appointments. Seem professional at the beginning, until they actually have to honor what they said. Total disregard when you call back. One of the poorest experiences I had with an estate company.
Hello Paul, sorry to hear you had a poor experience. I've looked into this matter and identified the issue. We had your incorrect email address. I pulled the call recording and as your surname is quite unique our agent repeated your surname back to you phonetically as darbulescu, to which you agreed. Hence, from that point forward our communications went to an incorrect email address. The appointment was honoured, you were booked in, unfortunately you didn't receive the confirmation.
