GoogleI would definitely not recommend this company to anyone in Leeds. They scheduled a viewing, only to suddenly cancel it without considering where you're coming from or how much you're spending on your visit. Very disappointing experience.

GoogleRecently purchased my first flat via this estate agent. They were really helpful updating me though the process communicating really well with the vendor for me. I dealt mainly with Amy who was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to emails. She went out of her way to help me several times such as communicating with the vendor re furniture, organising a last minute second viewing etc. I was very grateful for how helpful she was when there was an emergency key issue when I had already moved in. Felt like it was a 5 star service throughout would use again

GoogleDeceptive Advertising and Unreasonable Practices by Linley and Simpson Roundhay: I recently booked viewings for two properties through this agency and was extremely disappointed. One property was advertised as being on the 1st floor, but upon visiting, it turned out to be on the 2nd floor. The description provided was entirely misleading compared to what I saw in person. When I pointed out that the rent of £875 seemed excessive based on my long-standing familiarity with the area, the agent dismissively claimed that the landlord had set the rent. Let’s be honest, agencies play a significant role in influencing rental prices, especially here. It’s been two weeks since, and the property is still on the market. This reflects poorly on your approach. Customers are not naïve, and such greed-driven practices are a surefire way to lose trust and credibility. It's time to rethink how you treat potential tenants, or risk losing your place in the market. Cheers!

GoogleOne of the most pleasant experience I and my husband, Jay had since we came to the UK from a faraway country, South Korea last July this year was getting a rental house with the greatest help from Jon Mccall who's working at L&S Roundhay. When we met him at his office for the first time, he really seemed to be able to read every part of what we needed about the property we was looking for. His ability equipped with kind advice n professional support justfied why L&S has to be proud of working with him. Even after getting our rental house, we have been enjoying his folliw-up service on every little thing. Thanks to Jon n his teammates, my family still continue to enjoy every minute of our lives here at Leeds.

GoogleIn Autumn last year my husband and I decided to relocate from Hertfordshire to Roundhay, we found our ideal property through Linley and Simpson and the service we received was really exemplary. Jon was our contact and although the property we rented wasn't a managed property nothing was too much trouble; throughout our nine month rental period prior to buying Jon was a great help. GoogleIt was a very great experience to go to the Linley & Simpson Office on 21st October. We met Jon Mccall and he greeted us very well. He then went about really understanding what our needs and requirements were. He explained very well all the options. That was substantiated very well by description of the place where the properties were on the map, the nearby schools and the transport available. There was lot of care shown in offering various suggestions and guidance on what would be best for us. Overall an excellent and nice experience

A first class service all the way through, from Neil's initial visit and valuation to the stunning support we received from Beth Simmons - who really looked after us, responded promptly to our queries and need for updates, and was always on hand for advice and reassurance when we needed it. We sold our property for over the asking price and completed on the day expected, so we could not be happier with our choice to use Linley & Simpson.

GoogleJust want to say a big thank you to two branches of Linley and Simpson. Firstly the team at Roundhay especially, Millie, Ebonie and Rhiannon. They were a great help to my mum and me in explaining what paperwork was needed and how to access our Goodlord portal.Im very happy in my new flat. Secondly Kat at the Chapel Allerton branch, she was great at helping me look for flats. Really recommend these branches of Linley and Simpson.

Nothing was too much trouble, there was always someone at the other end of the line to answer any questions we had. We could see how well the team worked together but a special mention goes to Beth who was so lovely, personable and professional throughout the entire process and guided us through every step of the way for our first ever home purchase!
