GoogleI would use Blundells Wickersley again without hesitation , to sell a property. The whole team were fully engaged from the start of the process , my main contacts being Zoe , Lucy and Sarah , ( Sarah and Lucy being more involved in the later stages of the sale) The sale was not an easy one with multiple buyers dropping out for various reasons , but the team at Wickersley never lost their enthusiasm and made many journeys to the empty property to show people round , which did a lot to ease the stress of the situation . Sarah and Lucy dealt professionally with all the twists and turns of the circumstances and engaged fully with solicitors , buyer and myself , resulting in a successful conclusion.

Lucy Milburn as been fantastic in keeping me informed and letting me know when my soon to be home came on the market and showing me round it as soon as I was able to view the property. Lucy and Zoe Bellamy support in putting forward my offer and getting it accepted was second to none I can’t thank them enough. I have made a number of calls to Lucy Milburn since and I have had all my questions answered straight away. I know nothing is too much of a problem for her and I know they will be more phone calls/emails and viewings and Lucy Milburn will just be her normal fantastic self. Thanks again I can’t wait to move into my new home.

GoogleBlundells have been absolutely amazing ! they have been extremely helpful and are always prepared to go the extra mile! Naz, Paul, Lucy & Zoe have gone out of their way to help us sell our property and go on to buy another one (even though our new property is not on sale with Blundells). Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are always happy and really cheerful when you speak to them. GoogleI just wanted to take a minute to say how delighted I am with the outstanding service that I have received from the staff at Blundell's; they have really exceeded my expectations. I initially put our property on the market with ELR, but quickly realised that I had made a mistake and that the property was not in good hands. I moved from ELR and the difference was vast, it was night and day. I was assigned a sales consultant who called me every 2-3 days with updates and walked me through every step of the process. The sale happened quickly, but the service didn't end there, I continue to receive calls and updates with regards to the progress of the sale with solicitors and the buyers. GoogleBlundells sold our house in June 2016. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Sold our property in less than 1 week for guide price. Never had to chase them and always had calls returned. Laura chased our purchaser and solicitor regularly and always provided updates. I know several people who have sold/purchased via Blundells and have experienced the same level of service. GoogleI used Blundells in Wickersley to sell my late Mum's house, and found that they made what was a very trying process a little easier. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful .The fact that I live in Australia added to the degree of difficultly but it didn't phase Blundell's staff.They kept me fully informed and up to date throughout the sale process and I was confident in their actions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Googleover the past couple of year I have sold several properties through Blundells Rotherham. Paul Williamson the valuer has always provided striagth talking and realistic valuations to ensure the properties have sold and not just sat on the market he is great to deal with, friendly, professional and so are the team in the branch. GoogleFor your own sake never ever use this company to rent. I cannot comment on their mortgage or buying services but, as a letting agent honestly the worst experience possible. They will never fix anything big or small, they will pass the buck, blame the landlord etc. They have no respect or care for their clients. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else

GoogleSo far so good! My fiancé and I visited Mason at Blundells Lettings on Sat 10 Nov and he was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and really helped us with what we asked for. Highly recommend Blundells so far and we look forward to working with them in the near future :-) (Sarah, who was also in the office at the time, was equally friendly and professional!)
