They don't return your deposit I'm trying to get away from domestic violence and i decided the property wasn't far enough. I had to wait nearly 5 days to be told i won't get my deposit back. I'll just magic another deposit from my a÷£@ shall I. Blundells are TRASH and finley isn't helpful either !!!!!!

Market and sold the house quickly but that is where is stopped, very infrequent communication if any from Luke, I’m still waiting on a call back from April. Complained to country wide who think it is acceptable to state that blundellls call the solicitors 30 times, but only updated us 9 times in 6 months. Most of the times they chased the solicitors it was via email with rarely any calls as didn’t stay on hold long enough to speak to anyone. 6 months to complete a sale with a vacant house with no chain, only went through to due us and the buyers pushing our solicitors. Told Luke to stop contacting us with pointless information that we already had as we chose to by pass Blundells to get updates as left to them, I’m sure we would have a failed sale. Oh, but they took their £1800 commission for doing the bare minimumNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

As a landlord with their full management service I have had the most horrendous experience with them. I have always used Blundells to sell my properties, with the treatment I have received i will never be using them again. If you want an easier life and not to be contacted and pestered most weeks by emails and phone callls and to not carry out what you have instructed or using force to what suits them, the list goes on. DO NOT use this branch.

My parents found a bungalow that they really liked. Blundells helped them to sell their property quickly and have an offer accepted on the property they wanted. When the initial sale fell through due to a problem lower down the chain, Lucy and Katy, with support from the rest of the branch, worked hard to enable them to sell their property again and get the purchase back on track. Would just like to thank Blundells, Wickersley for making the transition of our house sale a smooth one. From day one when Paul Williamson, senior valuer, came to value our home, he instantly put me at ease. There wasn't any hard sell to go with them and it just felt right. Katie Cox took over from Paul, looking after our sale, where she excelled in her role with regular emails, phone calls and updates. If I ever called the branch and she was tied up with other clients, she would always get back to me within minutes. A huge thank you again.
