GoogleThroughout the process of selling my house the staff at Bartons have been excellent. They always ensured I was kept up to date with proceedings and any issues arising (there were many). Communication, professionalism and a personal touch have always been first class, especially Teresa who handled my particular sale.

GoogleA particular remember of staff called Theresa made the process of buying a property from Barton's unpleasant. Not very good telephone manner, ignorant & condesending, didn't stay in regular contact with updates, had to keep calling up to badger for info! Would dream of using these for selling a property!

GoogleRude unhelpful staff, property let with serious health issues promised to be fixed and never sorted. Blocked drains that erupted faeses on to a carpet, no legal fire door access for 7 months, damp etc. No fixes, no apology, no urgency to fix issues and no rebate. False exit account reporting to deduct bond (evidence available). Avoid, avoid, avoid! Partner had to cut losses in the end for their own safety and sanity. There are so much better letting agents in the area that have a focussed 2 way approach.

GoogleThe best experience with Barton’s, specifically Laura Wright who has answered every question and email I’ve sent including the daft questions I’ve sometimes felt silly asking! As first time buyers everything has been so new for us and Laura has made everything feel so easy and smooth. Very helpful! Would recommend to anyone! Xx

FacebookDue to complete tomorrow after a long 9 months and could not fault Barton’s one bit! Everything that went wrong did with a house purchase and Barton’s were there for us every step to aim in a new sale which they fulfilled each time. A massive shout to Laura and Leanne who have been absolute stars with us, from the moment I spoke with both I knew they would be great. From start to finish nothing has ever been too much, and always been there whenever needed. Thankyou so much both for the help, and will always come back if we ever need to sell/mortgage advise in the future. Once again Thankyou girls xx

GoogleFantastic service from all the team at Bartons! Recently put my property up for let and it was so easy and simple and let out so quickly. Within a couple of days of me first contacting them my property was up on their website and right move with a great description, straight away I had viewings and 3 prospective tenants. Handled brilliantly by Pam who contacted me regularly keeping me updated, handling viewings and inventory. I have had problems previously handling a tenancy without an agent and Bartons have been amazing making every step painless. I have spoke to quite a few of the Bartons team over the phone and they are all so lovely and so helpful. Cannot recommend them enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

She is the very best person you could want working alongside you when going through the negotiations, buying and completion process. Very approachable, kind, friendly and so very supportive. However I feel I must write and mention the service that I have had Has been exceptional from start to finish.I used easyproperty which has surprised me how good the service was . You carried out the valuation and was spot on in my opinion for the value . You gave honest information about the market that was very beneficial. I initially met Dave for my mortgage advice and the application. I didn’t expect to enjoy a meeting with a financial advisor, but I found dave to naturally relax people and have a great sense of humour. This is evident in all your staff . Real people allowed to be themselves at work . Every time I’ve called it’s been answered quickly, professionally but most importantly by someone who is clearly doing over and above. I’d finally like to mention Laura ... I’ve probably spoke to her more in the last few weeks than some family members!She is without doubt the biggest asset to your business. I’ve been updated at every stage of the process over the last 7 weeks of application. Laura has delivered an exceptional standard of service. More importantly her professionalism and good humour have made the wait bearable ! I’m so impressed I wanted to let you know ..
