Me and my wife have just Sold our house with Barton’s and I can honestly say Georgina was an absolute pleasure to work with.The house we have purchased had a strict deadline otherwise the vendor was going to pull out and with their been 4 people in the change it was a bit stressful to say the least. It only did Georgina keep us informed on the sale of our property she went above and beyond chasing around the other estate agents and solicitors to help us get the completion sorted just in time for the deadline.Georgina we can’t thank you enough and we definitely recommend you and Barton’s to our friends and family.Cheers pal 🥂🏠🥂👍🏻

My property has been on the market for a while with Laura Wright handling it. We’ve had some ups and downs with buyers coming in then taking ages, then the sale falling through. But Laura has been fantastic all way though, constantly in touch and working hard to get the best deal for me. Dealing with buyers that don’t reply to her but always maintaining a positive attitude. We recently used Barton’s for our sale and purchase of our new bungalow. The staff are very professional, approachable and very friendly. In particular Harriett and Laura made our whole experience a pleasurable one. Having been in the same property for 38yrs as you can imagine it was daunting, I needn’t have worried as they took care of everything but keeping us well informed of any progress and changes. Words fail me to express my happiness knowing and having Bartons as my letting agents. As a student and single mum I was always rejected after all my viewings and I felt frustrated and distressed. Got a viewing appointment with Bartons and met Ruth. She listened to my pains as a good mother would and gave me all the needed support to rent the flat. And guess what? It was the most beautiful flat I ever viewed. I've lived here for 2 beautiful years now and their response to home care is top notch. Only one email or phone call about any issue at all and they are running to my rescue at no extra charge. The landlord has decided to sell the flat and they are very happy to offer me another house. They have pampered me all the way. Honestly if Bartons are not your agents I wonder what you are doing with any other agent!🤔🤔 Unfortunately the stars aren't up to 10 else I'm banging on that 10 star for them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you ever so much Bartons letting agents. Tried to view a property that was on the market only a few hours to be told there’s already an offer in and they won’t let anyone have a viewing who have to sell, have sold or even first time buyers! Found this very strange as I’m sure the company who was selling the property (which was a Repossession) would’ve liked to have more people view and potentially put an offer in! I wasn’t the only person that got rejected a viewing either, other people who I know personally also got rejected even a first time buyer! In my opinion Barton’s have been very unprofessional in regards to how they have handled the sale of this property and the way that they have rejected people from even viewing the property. If I could’ve put 0 stars I definitely would’ve, would not recommend dealing with these as an “estate agent”, they don’t have viewings/selling at their best interest.

Excellent service. I have previously used on line estate agents and although cheaper there is no comparison in the service recieved. There is no way that on line agents could have dealt with my sale in the manner that Teresa at Bartons did. I have no hesitation in recommending Bartons to anyone. Very competitive for an high st agent. Even if i didnt recieve a call i knew Teresa had everything in hand and was dealing with everything without me having to worry. Highly highly recommemded.
