I would definitely recommend Haart Romford to anyone looking to sell their house. Mark came to do the valuation, and was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Alex managed to organise 10 viewings for one day in a matter of hours, and turned up early to familiarise himself with the house and handled all viewings, keeping us up to date with when they had finished and next steps. What can i say Mark Grogan was so professional from the first time we spoke on the phone, and even calling the night before and the morning of the appointment. he took his time to explain the best way to market my home, once it went on the market we had 4 viewings before it went online, to say i was impressed would be an understatement. We ended up accepting an offer in the first week of it going onto the market over what we wanted. Mark then help us find our next home. I would have no problem recommending Mark to any of my friends and family.

We used Haarts Romford to sell our house and found them to be efficient, helpful and responsive right from the beginning to end of our sale. Mark did a fantastic job taking some great pictures and a really good video and Alex was a great help in contacting potential buyers resulting in us having a good number of viewings within a short period and securing a buyer close to our asking price less than 3 weeks after the property went to market. Our sale was very complicated and took nearly 6 months due to our buyers setting up a new BTL company, also being self-employed and getting a commercial mortgage via a broker. As you can imagine, we went through a roller coaster of emotions not knowing whether the sale was going to happen and if our purchase was going to fall through, not to mention Covid being on the increase. During this time, we leant very heavily on the team’s expertise and negotiation skills. To be honest I was quite a demanding client sometimes calling a few days in a row for updates. Annette the Branch Partner was really helpful keeping us informed of progress throughout the sale and liaising with our buyer’s broker (even after hours) but I would like to say a very big thank you to Stephanie our Sales Progressor who is efficient, professional, patient and on the ball. We might not be in our new home now if it wasn’t for Stephanie and Annette who are superb at their job. We’re very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending Haart Romford if you’re looking for a first-class estate agent who provides a second to none service. I could not have expected a better service from the Romford office, from the advice I got from Mark before I put the house on the market through to a very speedy completion. I got feedback all the way from viewings , offers and the progression of the sale . The team listened to my requests and followed them through. The communication was first class with regular updates given in a very professional manner. Before putting the house on the market Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the correct price to market the house at listening to my requirements and concerns, this was confirmed by the timescale of the accepted offer, 6 days from being marketed to an offer then completion just 7 weeks after that. All in all I was very impressed by the service from the whole team and would definitely use them again in the future.

A huge thank you to the team at Haart for the work they've put in selling our house. So far, it's been a flawless experience from start to finish. Firstly, Mark Grogan valued our house. He was on time, professional, came prepared and, most importantly, valued our house correctly. We had two other agents visit who both valued the house at £25k less than what Mark suggested. Fees were competitive with other local agents. All subsequent enquiries were answered quickly, even outside of normal working hours. Mark quickly arranged to get the house on the market. Photos looked great, he did a video tour and previewed the house on social media. Before the property had even gone live on the property portals, the Haart team had arranged two viewings. Once the property was advertised online, they booked in a further 8 viewings in one convenient slot on the weekend to minimise disruption to us. A couple of days later, we had 6 offers, 3 above asking and all financially vetted to stop time wasters. We accepted an offer at £5k over asking price (£30k over other agent's valuations). From us signing the agreement to go with Haart to us accepting a great offer, it took less than a week! Even the guy who installed the sold board at our house was polite, friendly and tried his best to make it unobtrusive for our elderly neighbours who had concerns. We're now working with the Haart sales progression team. It's a bit early to tell if the service level will continue, but early signs seem promising. Thanks again to Mark Grogan, Jason, Alex and Kieran who have all worked hard to get a great result for us. Anyone looking to sell their house in the Romford area, don’t bother with the online agents or the other local agents. Even if they’re cheaper you’ll lose more money on the sale price.

Have had a really positive experience with Haart in Romford. We bought our first home via them 17 years ago. We initially tried other local agents last year, but for various reasons we were unable to sell our house. We then thought we'd give Haart a go. We did take our house off the market for a little while, but then decided a week ago we would try again. Even last year I can honestly say, every person we have dealt with at the branch has been professional and helpful, in particular Mark and Alex, and recently Kieron. The pandemic has not been an easy time to try and sell your house, for one reason or another. However, the way they conducted themselves from a safety aspect, has been top notch!!!!!! From a professional level and keeping us informed every step of the way has been brilliant. Our house isn't even on the selling platforms yet and we already have an asking price offer. Would 100% recommend Haart in Romford. Good job all. Just need to find my perfect property.
