GoogleI started looking for a flat to buy in July 2020 as a first time buyer. Haarts Romford assisted me in buying a flat which i saw on their website. i was instantly drawn to this flat upon viewing. Mark was very professional and friendly throughout the viewing process. The price I also purchased the flat was such a great deal and the location is perfect. Thank you Mark and Annette for your assistance in finding and purchasing the flat during a pandemic. My life has changed for the better and I will forever be grateful. I will definitely come back to Haarts should i wish to sell on Kezia (Frazer Close)

GoogleThe Haart Romford team were super supportive with our house purchase, they kept us up to date with each step of the process. Stephanie would call me everyday with an update and happily chased on our behalf for replies. Unfortunately our house didn't go through due to the sellers commitment however Mark, Annette and team were determined to help us find another home. They called me with other potential viewings and they went the extra mile to make sure we were the first to see them. I would definitely work with the team in the future.

GoogleI will like to give a review on my experience with a letting agent at the Romford branch. His name is Nicolas. He has good customer relations and he was pleasant with me throughout his dealings with me. My reference check was processed fast to meet up with my moving in date. Nick, negotiated the price of the property to get it reduced with the landlord on behalf. Generally, the whole letting department at the Romford branch were all awesome staffs , pleasant and approachable staff to speak with on the phone over any concerns.

GoogleMark Grogan is knowledgeable, patient, professional and not looking to push a sale through. With the market in such a volatile state, I have been waiting to decide what to do and Mark hasn't tried to push a decision which I appreciate. He also worked around my busy schedule to view my flat. GoogleThe entire team in the Romford Branch have been very supportive, professional and helpful in bringing the sale of my late mother-in-law's home to successful conclusion. Mark the Deputy Manager & Valuer and Annette the Branch Manager were terrific at keeping us appraised of viewings and offers. Stephanie the Progressor has been an absolute rock helping us connect with various offical entities and the buyers throughout the process. She kept our spirits up when legal changes in the UK Probate Office processes delayed our progress and kept all involved completely up to date at all sale stages. The professionalism and friendly approach of the whole team has been greatly appreciated. All of the Romford team have been great at assisting with passing on info and messages when required. GoogleIve had poor experiences with Estate Agents but I’m please to say that Mark, and to be fair, the whole Haart Romford team were exceptional. Keeping us informed throughout, chasing where required, marketing material was spot on and they provided honest feedback. FacebookHaart have been excellent from the start when Jason came and gave us a valuation on Thursday. We decided to put the house on the market and on the Saturday we had an open day. with the outcome of an offer by Monday. Everything has moved so quickly we are now sold STC. Fingers crossed all will go well. All the staff have been helpful and polite. We used the Romford Branch and once again thank you Jason Ensom.
