I engaged Haart in Romford for the sale of my property and from Mark's valuation...they sold my flat in 2 weeks...they were there to support me. Annette helped me fill in all the forms and was there on the other end of the phone to support and advise me. Stephanie was invaluable in helping with some difficulties on the purchase side. It was a pleasure to go in to the office and I always felt very welcome. I have already recommended Haart to several friends and will continue to do so. The team at Haart are absolutely fantastic and what a modern estate agent should be. Mark Grogan is brilliantly knowledgeable, a superb photographer, knowing how to best photograph a property to show off its glory. Haart go the extra mile, not just relying on Rightmove. Highly recommended. UPDATE: not only have Haart been great getting a quick sale, they went out of the way to help fix an error that, but for their quick action, could have been catastrophic for the transaction. They are responsive and open outside office hours which is a bonus. Choose Haart and you won't be disappointed :)

Beware of this letting agency specifically this romford branch!! I ended my tenancy more than a month ago and I have sent them several emails as to when I will get my deposit back, but no response!! spoke with head office and they have sent 3x urgent message to romford branch to give me update but still no one has reached out. I tried calling all their numbers but always no answer and goes straight to voice mail. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID this people, this are so responsive when asking for your money but a no show when it comes to refunding your hard earned money.

Me and my husband have been looking for a house for a month there were few of things we missed out like some of the pictures and houses do not match or the houses needed a lot of work. We made an appointment to view this property on a Wednesday evening as a last of the overall appointment for the day. When we first saw this on rightmove, we both loved it some much and was hoping that would get the property to be our first home. When we arrived there were two the estate agents were present to show us the property. While we waited for our time we had quite chat with one the agent called Jason- who was more than happy to explain to us about the area. Then we met Alex, who showed us the property which me and my husband fell in love with. It was as we saw in the pictures. As we moved from one to another room or area Alex was explained to the size of the room and what could be done to it if we get the property. He also explained to us the nearest train station was and how to get there also fewest change could do the house like refresh the painting. Overall we are really happy with service we had and extremely happy that we got our first home. The team at Haart's has made the whole process of selling and buying a property as stress free as possible. We decided to use Haart Estate Agent as when Lee Glenister (no relation) came to value our house he was well presented, knew about market conditions in our area and gave us confidence that he would be able to sell our property for the price we wanted. Within a week of putting the house up for sale we had an open day with 12 viewings. Lee managed the viewings whilst we went out for the day so it was a stress free day for us. He fed back to us the offers we had received and managed all of the negotiations for us. Once we had accepted an offer then the secret gem of Haart's called Jacqui Mennell came into her own as she became our contact for the rest of the process. Jacqui is an absolute star, she is efficient and friendly and was the one who kept the sale on track. Jacqui kept us informed of all progress and contacted the solicitors and other estate agents to keep things moving. It was great to have a nominated person dealing with our sale who could also deal with any enquiries that we had. During this whole process we have only ever dealt with two people - Lee and Jacqui- this definitely makes for a more stress free process as we were made to feel that we were in safe hands. Thank you for the excellent job you have done for us.
