We recently moved with the help of Haart. They sold our house within a week after months with another agent with no joy. From Mark coming to see us initially to the Kobe & Denzel who hosted the viewings, they were all excellent. Special mention to Stephanie who was always on hand and really went above and beyond to get us exchanged and completed on the same day to beat the stamp duty increase. Grateful to all involved! Would def recommend.

Haart have both managed my rental property and then sold it for me. As a landlord the team were always swift to help and proactive in providing any documentation I required (such as the Annual Income and Expenditure summary for my tax self-assessment or the documentation for ending a tenancy when I wished to sell the property). My wife also used them for managing her property (after a negative experience of doing it own her own) and it ran with no problems once Haart took over management of her flat. When deciding to sell, Mark Grogan were able to find a buy to let purchaser for my wife's flat which made the process of selling hers much more straight forward. With the sale of mine, Mark was able to find a buyer almost immediately due to their knowledge of potential buyers in the local area. The estate agent team (especially the amazing Stephanie!) managed the process of the sale proactively especially when solicitors were dragging their feet. At one point the buyer was looking to delay to finalise a purchase of another property first, which would have meant the sale drifting beyond the deadline for me to claim back a substantial amount of Stamp Duty, but Stephanie leapt into action working between myself, the buyer, and both sets of solicitors - within 6 hours she had negotiated this complex issue to the happiness of all parties and the sale went through on the originally scheduled completion date allowing me to make my Stamp Duty claim - thank you!

Grace Griffiths has been brilliant and absolutely superb in the tenancy process. As we were new tenants, she went through the process with us and explained and clarified all our queries giving us the confidence to go ahead with the process. These 4 stars are for Mark Goldstein only and not the 5th because this review sticks to Haart overall (I will not go into that). Mark is friendly, empathetic, hard working, kind, proactive, experiened AND... I know this all just from 2 conversations I have had with him by phone. I won't go into the bore of my issues with my property (nothing to do with Haart) but I will say that as soon as I spoke to Mark - all my worries washed away. There is a reason his surname begins with Gold :)

What can I say, grace at Haart lettings has been a breath of fresh air. Having previously worked with other estate agents, grace really took down my requirements and met the down to a T.
