I had a major issue at my rental property in Romford. Keeley went above and beyond to resolve the issue - liasing extensively with the tenant, the contractors and myself; making sure the works were done on time and on budget. She really did make an extra special effort working overtime and weekends. This resulted in a fantastic job, with myself and the tenant kept up to speed at all times. I needed an agent to manage the letting of my property, and wanted one that was local with high street presence. Alex, from Haart, initially came to view the property to discuss all of my options. All of my questions were answered instantly and in detail which gave me confidence that my property would be in good hands. I went for the fully managed option to give me extra peace of mind. The property is managed by Scott Jones, who has been fantastic. I had a few issues with the property and the Tennant, but every time, Scott has been one step ahead in the resolution and has kept me informed throughout. Needless to say, I will be continuing to let my property through Haart after the current tenancy comes to an end in a few months time.

I would like to thank Keeley Fisher for her amazing service and availability, initially I had an issue with a leak and Keeley was very kind, helpful and made sure I’ve would have my issue fixed the fastest as possible and also the smoothest. I ended up reporting another issue I had for years and she was the only one that actually made all the efforts to solve it since it wasn’t an easy thing to get fixed. A massive thank you to Mark Grogan for all his help selling our house - we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! From the first instance Mark was super helpful, professional and friendly. He has made the process so far go really smoothly and explained everything to us so thoroughly and always has time for any questions and updates. He has been happy to work around our schedule when it came to all appointments and calls and he has gone above and beyond with advice on our own house purchase search even though it is in a different area. The pictures he took of our house were amazing! The mortgage broker and solicitor he has put us in touch with have been great so far. Here to share a positive experience with Haart Lettings. From the time I contacted them to till today they are very very helpful. As soon as I contacted them they took all my details and immediately arranged a viewing in two days. Keeley Fisher and Millie Fisher have done a fantastic job, it was quick, efficient and very professional. I was very satisfied. I had to re-locate out of Country few years ago and require ongoing communication with agents for certain things like tax preparation documents , enquiries about landlord tax , property inspection reports etc. which required timely submission to the authorities. My past experiences with some of the agents was not very comfortable but I am glad that when I called their office I spoke to Keeley as she was very professional ,approachable , good listener and easy to talk to and discuss my requirements and reply me very quickly.
