I would love to give my honest review on my experience with a letting agent at the Romford branch by the name of Nabil. He is very helpful and good in relations with his customers, not to mention understanding their needs and helping them attain those needs . My cousins and I have been struggling to find our new home , but we feel rest assured that Nabil is there to guide us through and help us get our new home. Nabil is very professional and a warm hearted person, you genuinely feel the weight of hustling for a house lifted off your shoulders. He listens and guides you through the entire process and will advise you rightfully what the next steps are to follow.Truly the whole letting department at the Romford branch have been the most lovely people during this process. approachable and ready to hear your concerns or views.I highly recommend.

I recently had a washing machine issue in my rental property and reached out to the property management service for assistance. Keeley from the team was extremely communicable and easy to approach, making the process much smoother. Even though she used to reply my emails in out of hour time. Although it was long waiting as my landlord was out of reach which has made the process difficult. She carefully addressed my concerns and helped me sort out the issue with the washing machine. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience stress-free and efficient. l appreciate the excellent service provided by Keeley Fisher.

We have recently sold our house and it’s been a delight to work with Haart and especially Mark Grogan. Mark is the definition of being the upmost professional, flexible, clear communication and provided full transparency of the selling process that ensured myself and my wife understood all steps. Mark made the whole selling process a seamless experience from evaluating the house in the correct market range, taking photos and a video tour of the house to then ensuring we had the right sellers come and view the property and the process of putting it on the market to selling took approximately a week. As a landlord with 2 properties being managed by Haart, I get to work with their property managers every now and again. There was an issue that needed resolving with one of the flats. I spoke to Millie Fisher(one of the property managers) about it. First thing that struck me was how polite and friendly she was yet very professional. She knew exactly what to do and communicated clearly over the phone, which reassured me and gave me great confidence. Millie was really proactive and got it resolved withing 30minutes. I've had dealings with many property managers over the years and I must say Millie is definitely great at what she does.

I had a really positive experience working with Vanessa Dudziak during my property search. I’m Jack has failed to return calls multiple times. I’ve had severe mold in the house for 20 months, the mold was there from before I moved in. Despite knowing I have a one year old son they have taken over 20 months to approve mold repair works. There is a real lack of care for tenant's, as long as they get their rent they don’t care what conditions you are living in. The mold repair works only got approved when I got the council involved. PLEASE stay far away from them. Marie has out rightly lied to me multiple times.STAY AWAY FROM them. It is now the 07/11/24, I just spoke to Marie who has made up a whole conversation between the landlord and Jack. Jack has lied to me a total of 5 times on the 6/11/24. Again these property managers are the furthest thing from professional. If you are unlucky enough to get either Jack or Marie as your property managers, rest assured you will still be begging for your issues to be resolved after 20 months of asking. Marie will also patronise you when you are simply looking for answers. If I could give zero stars I would

*** DO NOT GO TO ENTERTAIN OR ENGAGE WITH HAART *** I had the worst experience with haart. Their managing agents are incompetent. I dealt with Millie throughout my tenancy. She always sided with the landlord (of course because la dlord was paying them to manage the property). None of my needs as a tenant was met. The landlord was a complete nightmare and you'd think the managing agents would help in such cases but no. Even when it came to me finding a new place the managing agent MILLIE of haart was asked to give me a reference and her reference was awful which completely jeopardised my chances of securing a new property. As a single mum who was threatened with homelessness not a care in the world from the managing agents what so ever. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to Haart. They are also always unavailable for phone calls. Never do they answer it always goes to their switchboard. Personally the managing agents of haart need further training. Thanks for nothing Haart. You tried to ruin my life! No compassion No empathy Cold hearted agents. Nothing more to say.

3 years later and I’m still renting from this agency. Why? Because they are always there when you need them. I had a leaking pipe in the bathroom yesterday(not a property problem but more of a building issue), Keeley, made sure that the issue was resolved by the end of the day and not just that! She called me before she finished her shift and first thing in the morning when she started her shift as the job took a little longer than expected, to make sure that everything is ok. I really appreciated the fact that it was not just about the issue, she wanted to make sure that I WAS OK! with the contractors working past the working hours.Most property managers only care about the property, but not Keeley! Haart has been brilliant and absolutely superb in the tenancy process. As we were new landlords, she went through the process with us and explained and clarified all our queries giving us the confidence to go ahead with the process. In addition, what I appreciated most was her personal touch by coming and visiting us and going through the process very early of our discussions on tenancy. During the client search she also understood our requirements very well and managed to get us the perfect tenants. She gave us all necessary information and documents explaining the process. She also had the patience to clarify any queries we would have. This was a great start of the tenancy and hence made the transition smooth and efficient. She really is superb, professional, and provides clarity. Having her during the start to the end of the whole process made it easy for us and we would highly recommend her.
