Keeley Fisher and Millie Fisher have done a fantastic job, it was quick, efficient and very professional. I was very satisfied. I had to re-locate out of Country few years ago and require ongoing communication with agents for certain things like tax preparation documents , enquiries about landlord tax , property inspection reports etc. which required timely submission to the authorities. My past experiences with some of the agents was not very comfortable but I am glad that when I called their office I spoke to Keeley as she was very professional ,approachable , good listener and easy to talk to and discuss my requirements and reply me very quickly. I want to thank Keeley and Millie and her team for every success and highly recommend haart for all your property requirements. Thanks

Tenant of 10 + years with Haart Romford. Have had good service and dealings with this branch over the years and particularly with Scott Jones who is a stand out person. No matter what your needs or issue is, he always remembers we are all humans here just having our experience. His level of understanding and communication skills, handling of people with respect and professionalism, knowledge and effective efficiency goes above and beyond. I must say that he should be a ceo in the letting industry, with his abilities. I've dealt with a lot of people at haarts and diamond level Scott Jones and Lauren stand out above amongst them. This is my third year with this Estate management team and I must say until recently I have not had all my needs and complaints attended to neither has my emails regarding same complaints replied. When Keeley Fisher, the property Manager reach out to me concerning my tenancy renewal, she took on board every complaints I made and validated my feelings of disappointment and frustration towards the previous agents whom I had made my complaints to and who never got back to me. Keeley was very professional and also very polite, respectful and gave me feedbacks and reassurances. I felt like I was talking to my best mate. And I am hopeful that she will see to my complaints being attended to. When I was unable to respond to her calls due to work, she left me messages on my voicemail and followed it up with emails and text messages. She is indeed a good asset to the company .

Mark Grogan was helpful from the moment we spoke, providing help and insight prior to us even agreeing to list with Haart. I would like to thanks Keeley Fisher, she is one the best person I have ever talked with. I was so upset about some issues, which I am having at the property and some of her other colleagues were not helpful at all. She assured me that not only she is going to take this matter in her own hand but also will resolve this situation as soon as she can. Recently rented my property through Haart. Mr.Alex provided valuable advice on how to improve the property so it would be appealing to the tenants, can’t thank him enough for that . Ms. Emily was incredible in communicating with the tenant. She was very prompt and supportive in resolving any queries , much appreciated. Both Mr.Alex and Ms.Emily were helpful and professional and made sure the letting process was completed smoothly. The property is now being managed by Mr. Scott. Months back, I would have rated them lesser, but my experience went from not so good to great with the help of Keeley Fisher. I had issue with my radiator that has lingered for months, Keeley picked up the case and it was resolved in a short space. I have let my properties thought Haart Romford for nearly 10 years and have never had a bad experience. My reason for this reveiw is that I have recently been blown away by the help and customer service by the property manager Marie Hawkins, one of my tenants had an issue with the heating, there were issues finding a plumber to come out in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Marie went out of her way and way beyond her call of duty to resolve my Tenants issue. I am extremely appreciative for Marie's help and only wish that my experiences with property mangers for other companies I deal with were even a faction as good as the Haart Romford team and especially Marie.

Since I met Daniel who guided me to view the flat which I have bought now. Then Annette come to next phase to help me do the basic payment and verify my finance's situation and how to set up the eWay to deal with a lot of the rest of the paper works to came to next few months, then there's another brilliant Haart member Stephanie to help me go through all the processes, and she is the most dedicated person to check everything I should consider to make a flat property buy. We recently sold our property through Haart and would recommend working with them. Mark was our first point of contact and he got our property on the market quickly and efficiently. Jason and Denzel were polite and helpful when arranging the viewings. Stephanie was then responsible for progressing our sale and she did an excellent job of communicating with other agents and solicitors in the chain, pushing things forward and phoning us with regular updates. She was friendly and direct, giving us lots of helpful advice throughout the process. Our first buyer pulled out after a number of weeks and the team were able to find us a new buyer within a few days.
