Mark, Annette, Alex and Stephanie were all incredibly friendly, helpful and made (often) very stressful situations with buyers pulling out (and that small matter of a global pandemic) much more bearable. I was very impressed with her professionalism throughout, she was easy to contact and readily contacted me with news. The purchase was slightly complicated by various issues on the seller's side, but Stephanie did a great job navigating us through the process (a couple of months all in all) and keeping us updated. Very impressed all round.
