GoogleRude, aggressive and pushy. Living up to stereotypes, they come across pleasant to start with, but they just try to manipulate and bully you into doing what they want you to do. You won't hear from them when you need something, you will need to chase them constantly, but will hound you like dogs when they want something. No different to any other estate agents. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 to be generous.

GoogleI cannot thank the team at Haarts enough for all their help and guidance during the selling and buying process I've just been through with my family. Mark, Jason and Stephanie have all been supportive and worked incredibly hard to ensure our purchase went through in time, which saved us a huge amount of money. The professional pictures turned out great and the interest in the property was high, selling in 24 hours at the price we wanted! Stephanie then ensured the transaction concluded smoothly. GoogleThe Haart sales team were all fantastic in selling our house; obtaining the asking price in a good time, of which I am very thankful. They really worked hard to ensure that the process went through smoothly. I found them attentive to our needs and requirements, and felt that they were there to respond to any questions or worries that I had. Poor Stephanie had an uphill battle with things well outside of her control towards the end of our sale, but she coped amicably, going above and beyond to sort things out for us. GoogleTerrible service today from Romford branch. Requested a valuation several days ago, booked for 10.00am this morning. Took the morning off work for it. Get a call at 9.00am, an hour before, saying that the agent allocated will be going to a meeting instead, and so can’t do the valuation, but ‘forgot’ to contact me earlier in the week and so left it to an hour before to cancel. No apology given - in fact even a quasi aggressive and unprofessional tone, with a ‘I don’t really give a toss’ at wasting your morning’s annual leave attitude. Asked them to remove my details as given this performance and attitude towards customers I would never ever use them for a sale now. Actually still staggered at how unprofessional the employee was by phone just now.

GoogleRecently sold our property via Mark in the sales team. Have been very proactive in getting a high volume of viewers to the property with a number of offers in the price range expected (with all viewings managed by them as property is vacant). Only real critisism has been on communication re viewing appointments - where we asked to be kept informed of all bookings but information not received as expected. Overall though have been very efficient re selling the property.
