GoogleFantastic service from Haart Estate agents in Romford. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, extremely helpful, and went out of their way to do more than I asked. The house went on the market the same day I instructed Haart, the following day (Saturday) they held around 30 viewings, and on Monday we had 6 offers, one of which we accepted. I felt I was given sound advice every step of the way and they were very proactive in chasing solicitors (and me), when required. Overall, I was very impressed with Haart, Romford. Lovely people, clearly very knowledgeable and they kept the personal touch throughout. I definitely recommend them!

GoogleTerrible service. I visited the Romford Haart branch not long ago to let out my properties and to discuss taking over the management/finding new tenants on 3 properties I have empty (I have a portfolio of 20+ In the Romford area). I was greeted by a young fresh face who was very pleasant where I was told to wait for the Lettings manager (Alex I believe). While I waited by the front door of the office I overheard him (Alex) talking to his staff as though they were a piece of muck! I heard shouting and even swearing!! After hearing that I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere without saying goodbye. Thank you for narrowing down my options as I believe I dodged the bullet there as I could never work with someone who has no respect for his own team! Can I maybe suggest a managers course and anger management for the Lettings manager at Romford Haart??

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience. I found a property I liked on Rightmove, Annette connected with me straight away, she was very helpful and wanted to help me with getting the property. She booked a call with the mortgage advisor, confirmed I could reach the value of the property, went for the viewing and since then it has been a struggle to get hold of them. The person who was following the sale barely called, never emailed me (so I didn't have his contact details), made offers over the phone and nothing in writing. Annette sent me emails about my offer being declined but after I had already made a new offer. I didn't receive the official email for some of the offers I made and were declined. My last offer that was the original price confirmed by the mortgage advisor as the highest I could achieve was also declined and no follow ups was made. I informed them I had to look for a different property but no one got back in contact or sent emails re other offers. Very disappointing. Seemed they were not interested in selling and I went to buy a property with another agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleUnprofessional, called 20 minutes before our appointment to cancel a house viewing at Horace Avenue in Romford because they had offers come though this afternoon. My husband and I already left the house in advance because of traffic. Didn't want to show us the house even though they knew we were on our way. Could have called us sooner and decent thing they should have done is actually shown us the house.
