Having just exchanged contracts on a sale I would like to thank both Mark and Stephanie at Haart Romford for their help and support during the last 10 weeks from initial valuation and marketing to exchange today. They have both been extremely professional throughout. They have kept in constant touch, making sure I have been kept up to date with proceedings. Stephanie has kept in touch with both parties' solicitors helping to keep the process on track and all with a friendly down to earth manner. Recently we had some issues with the centralised heating boiler. To get the issue resolved I contacted the haart office. I was assisted by Keeley Fisher. She was prompt to get the owner to book the appointment for an engineer. I was contacted on phone and email to keep me posted about the visit schedule. Keeley also made sure to get the report for what was the issue with the boiler and also contacted me to to make sure the servicing was done properly and we were comfortable with the resolution. I am very thankful for Keeley and haart team for getting the issue resolved ASAP.
