GoogleExcellent customer service from Romford Haart estate agency Manager Milly Fisher!! She emailed and called me, advised me on the contract renewal agreement, kind and helpful. She also managed to negotiate a drop in rent , as it had increased all over England. I must put in a good word for my landlord and lady, they are the best that I could hope for and I am enjoying the use of this lovely studio flat that they worked so hard to renovate and make it so cosy !!

GoogleI was contacted by Haart regarding some changes in the property that we are renting. I had a lovely interaction with Keeley over the phone. She was extremely helpful. She was very professional and definitely know what she was doing, and helped us a lot in coming up with an agreement with our landlords. She was also friendly and approachable which I do appreciate as someone who has anxiety even when talking over the phone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Such an amazing person, very helpful with letting arrangements, and informations about the landlord requirements and how to qualify.
