We've rented from Haart for almost 6 years now and the property management have always been so helpful and responsive. Our newest property manager Marie Hawkins (based in Romford) has been awesome, she's checked on the wellbeing of my family on numerous occasions which has been so kind. Whenever a request is made she always keeps me updated regarding the progress and follows up. She's a credit to the team and we look forward to having her on our side for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.

Mark and the team where absolutely fantastic. The photos of the property where second to none and they marketed on social media and other platforms. I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Keeley in the absence of Grace. I am truly thankful for her proactive approach in addressing and resolving my issues. Keeley exceeded expectations, and I firmly believe she deserves a 5-star rating. I have been dealing with ongoing electric billing issues which have reported in April, attempting various solutions, including multiple calls, a branch visit, and email follow-ups, all without success until now. Reflecting on my experiences over the last six months, I never expected to find a resolution for the kitchen blinds issue before our vacation. To my surprise, Keeley acted like an angel, maintaining communication until the matter was successfully resolved. This incident underscores the significant impact one person can have. Conversely, there are individuals who seem indifferent, ignoring numerous phone calls and emails. I genuinely believe that having more team members like Keeley would greatly enhance the effectiveness of your organization. P.S. This review is specifically for Keeley, not for Haart at all as I am really frustated about the outcome of my existing complaint which yet to be concluded.

I don't think I have had such a poor estate agent in all the times I have bought and sold properties. The photos and presentation on rightmove were really poor there were rooms that had no photos at all there was no photo of the rear of the property and despite requesting a photo of the rear of the property haarts failed to add one. There were two photos of the kitchen and none of the box room. The communication was really poor there were issues with the buyers mortgage and haarts failed to provide any update on the issues.And for this poor service haarts wanted to charge me £4300 I ended up removing my property from.haarts and going with another agent who performed much better

I have recently moved into a house in Romford. Haart estate agents are amazing and they all helped us a lot. They supported to a great extend when we had some issues while moving in to the house. Alex from the office has put an extra ordinary efforts in resolving and helping us. The after move support is also good so far and get proper response each time when I speak. Much recommended for anyone who is looking for houses to rent or to buy. Great.
