GoogleStephanie Parnell worked fantastically hard to ensure that our sale went as smoothly as it could in sometimes very challenging circumstances. She helped us through a process we were quite unfamiliar with, explaining everything as we went. She also kept us calm when a buyer pulled out at the last minute, and was always available both to answer our queries and deal with our eventual buyer who was far from the model customer. She also handled agents and customers in the rest of the chain in order to prevent it from collapsing. Stephanie did all of this with a level of professionalism, expertise and good humour I’ve rarely found in any area of the customer service industry, and is a big reason I’d recommend Haart Romford to anyone wanting to sell their property.
