GoogleWe had awesome experience with one of the member "Kobe Appiah". He described the house details in beautiful way and maintaining professional way and friendly approach. We liked his approach and his energy level from start to end was up . I would like to give high recommendation for this gentle man. It seems he is going through the house details( inch by inch) very well before going to view, because explanation of the house facilities better than the house owner. I hope Haart can utilize him to educate the same to all his staff( even already could be) how to describe a house features. All the very best "Kobe Appiah" , we liked lot your friendly approach and professional way.

Very professional and staff there have always advised me correctly on any queries I have with peace of mind my property is in good hands . Keeley fisher went the extra Mile and I can't thank her enough ..... great staff there. GoogleStephanie Parnell worked fantastically hard to ensure that our sale went as smoothly as it could in sometimes very challenging circumstances. She helped us through a process we were quite unfamiliar with, explaining everything as we went. She also kept us calm when a buyer pulled out at the last minute, and was always available both to answer our queries and deal with our eventual buyer who was far from the model customer. She also handled agents and customers in the rest of the chain in order to prevent it from collapsing. Stephanie did all of this with a level of professionalism, expertise and good humour I’ve rarely found in any area of the customer service industry, and is a big reason I’d recommend Haart Romford to anyone wanting to sell their property.

GoogleI have recently moved into a house in Romford. Haart estate agents are amazing and they all helped us a lot. They supported to a great extend when we had some issues while moving in to the house. Alex from the office has put an extra ordinary efforts in resolving and helping us. The after move support is also good so far and get proper response each time when I speak. Much recommended for anyone who is looking for houses to rent or to buy. Great.

Alex caught our attention in the very first viewing with Haart with his distinctive professionalism, friendliness, and also very much humble, and a wonderful person. The long journey to find our dream home after so many viewings could never be completed without Alex. He offered to show us our dream property even though initially we did not have mortgage in principle in place to borrow max amount due to some documents issue. But he knew our potential to borrow more and we viewed our dream property, sorted out paperworks to borrow max and ultimately made our final offer which was accepted. In this whole journey, we really felt supported by Alex. I wish him all the best in the future. However I made contact with Mark Grogan at Haart, who gave me expert honest advice and was very understanding of my situation. Together we planned a way forward and I decided to list the property with Mark. The whole experience has been positive, great communication throughout, property listed quickly and viewings shortly followed. Mark has managed to secure multiple offers on the property and completely delivered as promised. I would highly recommend using Mark Grogan, who is an absolute asset to Haart.
