GoogleI recently moved into a property through Haart Romford and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience regarding misleading information provided during the viewing. I specifically asked multiple times about the parking situation, as having a car is essential for my work. I was told by Kobe that on-street permits were available for around £30, £40 per year, and that underground parking was around £50 per month. However, after moving in and attempting to apply for a permit, I was shocked to discover that I am not eligible for on-street parking at all. This has caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially as parking availability was one of the key factors in my decision to take the property. It now feels like the information given to me was either poorly researched or simply guessed in order to help close the deal. Either way, it’s left me feeling let down by the level of professionalism I expected from an established agency. I’m sharing this review so others are aware, please double-check important details independently before proceeding. I sincerely hope Haart will take this feedback seriously and improve the accuracy of the information they provide to future clients.

We had viewings before it had hit the market and had offers in extremely quickly. Would only ever use haart in future. The team where very responsive and kept in constant contact

GoogleI want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Keeley in the absence of Grace. I am truly thankful for her proactive approach in addressing and resolving my issues. Keeley exceeded expectations, and I firmly believe she deserves a 5-star rating. I have been dealing with ongoing electric billing issues which have reported in April, attempting various solutions, including multiple calls, a branch visit, and email follow-ups, all without success until now. Reflecting on my experiences over the last six months, I never expected to find a resolution for the kitchen blinds issue before our vacation. To my surprise, Keeley acted like an angel, maintaining communication until the matter was successfully resolved. This incident underscores the significant impact one person can have. Conversely, there are individuals who seem indifferent, ignoring numerous phone calls and emails. I genuinely believe that having more team members like Keeley would greatly enhance the effectiveness of your organization. P.S. This review is specifically for Keeley, not for Haart at all as I am really frustated about the outcome of my existing complaint which yet to be concluded.

Our newest property manager Marie Hawkins (based in Romford) has been awesome, she's checked on the wellbeing of my family on numerous occasions which has been so kind.
