GoogleHaart Romford's dealt with the sale of a property for me recently and I must say that they were excellent throughout the process. They worked extremely hard at all times to progress the sale and bring it to completion. And they got me a brilliant price for the property, more than I was expecting. I would recommend Jason, Stephanie and Annette who I dealt with to anyone and I'm sure the rest of the team are just as excellent. Their commission rate was reasonable as well. A total pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

GoogleMy family and I would like to say a huge thank you to the absolutely wonderful team at Haart Romford!! Jason, Stephanie, Anette and the team went above and beyond to guide us through the purchase process and no request was ever too much. They did all of the hard work for us. In particular Jason secured the offer and dealt with the negotiations, Stephanie ensured all of the legals were in place at the correct times and chased things up to ensure there were no delays and Annette reassured us about the mortgage process throughout. The team were very well informed about the process and we can honestly say we were in the best hands. Buying a house can be draining at times and Haart Romford really did assist in making the process as smooth as possible! Thank you!

GoogleReliable estate agents. Not the easiest to get through to sometimes but ultimately never had a real issue with them. Millie has been very helpful with sorting our rental out and has been diligent in giving us regular updates which we are most appreciate of!

GoogleI don't think I have had such a poor estate agent in all the times I have bought and sold properties. The photos and presentation on rightmove were really poor there were rooms that had no photos at all there was no photo of the rear of the property and despite requesting a photo of the rear of the property haarts failed to add one. There were two photos of the kitchen and none of the box room. The communication was really poor there were issues with the buyers mortgage and haarts failed to provide any update on the issues.And for this poor service haarts wanted to charge me £4300 I ended up removing my property from.haarts and going with another agent who performed much better

GoogleI was having a bad today because our hot water was not working in the property I live in. The guy from British gas who came yesterday to repair it told us that it would work within 2 hours after he finished. Only for my kids to wake up today and found out that the hot water wasn't working. They went to school late. I called Hart Management, and a lady by the name Keeley Fisher picked. After narrating my whole ordeal to her, she said, "Leave that with me, I am going to sort it out for you." Boom, she called British gas and got an appointment for me immediately. She listened to everything I had to tell her, and this made me happy. This is my first time ever speaking to her, and she showed true professionalism. She was very polite and helpful. People like Keeley are rare, honestly. Keeley got me laughing, and I forgot I was having a bad. She assured me that everything would be sorted out for me. I'm absolutely pleased by the way she handled this issue. Keeley, continue being a good human and doing what you do best. Thank you so much!
