A huge thank you to the team at Haart for the work they've put in selling our house. So far, it's been a flawless experience from start to finish. Firstly, Mark Grogan valued our house. He was on time, professional, came prepared and, most importantly, valued our house correctly. We had two other agents visit who both valued the house at £25k less than what Mark suggested. Fees were competitive with other local agents. All subsequent enquiries were answered quickly, even outside of normal working hours. Mark quickly arranged to get the house on the market. Photos looked great, he did a video tour and previewed the house on social media. Before the property had even gone live on the property portals, the Haart team had arranged two viewings. Once the property was advertised online, they booked in a further 8 viewings in one convenient slot on the weekend to minimise disruption to us. A couple of days later, we had 6 offers, 3 above asking and all financially vetted to stop time wasters. We accepted an offer at £5k over asking price (£30k over other agent's valuations). From us signing the agreement to go with Haart to us accepting a great offer, it took less than a week! Even the guy who installed the sold board at our house was polite, friendly and tried his best to make it unobtrusive for our elderly neighbours who had concerns. We're now working with the Haart sales progression team. It's a bit early to tell if the service level will continue, but early signs seem promising. Thanks again to Mark Grogan, Jason, Alex and Kieran who have all worked hard to get a great result for us. Anyone looking to sell their house in the Romford area, don’t bother with the online agents or the other local agents. Even if they’re cheaper you’ll lose more money on the sale price.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the services provided by Haart Romford. I got this property on rent via Haart and they also provided property management services. Excellent customer care, honest and transparent, always reachable and happy to answer queries, kept me updated with the statuses. Consistently providing such great services for around 4 years(during my tenancy) is remarkable, special mention to Lauren Green who has been excellent, helpful and promptly addressed all queries and repair requests. Have had a really positive experience with Haart in Romford. We bought our first home via them 17 years ago. We initially tried other local agents last year, but for various reasons we were unable to sell our house. We then thought we'd give Haart a go. We did take our house off the market for a little while, but then decided a week ago we would try again. Even last year I can honestly say, every person we have dealt with at the branch has been professional and helpful, in particular Mark and Alex, and recently Kieron. The pandemic has not been an easy time to try and sell your house, for one reason or another. However, the way they conducted themselves from a safety aspect, has been top notch!!!!!! From a professional level and keeping us informed every step of the way has been brilliant. Our house isn't even on the selling platforms yet and we already have an asking price offer. Would 100% recommend Haart in Romford. Good job all. Just need to find my perfect property.

I will like to give a review on my experience with a letting agent at the Romford branch. His name is Nicolas. He has good customer relations and he was pleasant with me throughout his dealings with me. My reference check was processed fast to meet up with my moving in date. Nick, negotiated the price of the property to get it reduced with the landlord on behalf. Generally, the whole letting department at the Romford branch were all awesome staffs , pleasant and approachable staff to speak with on the phone over any concerns.
