FacebookHaart have been excellent from the start when Jason came and gave us a valuation on Thursday. We decided to put the house on the market and on the Saturday we had an open day. with the outcome of an offer by Monday. Everything has moved so quickly we are now sold STC. Fingers crossed all will go well. All the staff have been helpful and polite. We used the Romford Branch and once again thank you Jason Ensom.

GoogleWe had an offer for our house within four days of putting it on the market! This was due to the high level of professionalism, efficiency and dedication by all the team at this Romford branch. However Daniella, is the star of the show, who's support throughout this process was nothing short of fantastic. Without Daniella's proactive and timely intervention, the sale of our house could well have fallen through. Her dedication and commitment is a credit to this estate agent. Also special thanks to Hayley who was central to the amount of viewings we had. It just shows you really do get what you pay for and so relieved we did not get tempted by the many on line estate agents, at 'bargain' prices. We highly recommend this agent.

GoogleVery happy with the entire process of purchasing our property with Haart Romford. The team are very committed, professional and extremely responsive and always go that extra mile for you. I had a few issues with the property survey and was concerned about various things in the report. Annette and Daniella arranged an independent company to come in and take a look at the areas of concern and a report was devised for me which was very reassuring. The professional service from Farrah arranging the viewings through to Daniella, who ensured the sale progressed on both sides by keeping us up to date all the way to the Branch Manager was impeccable.

Googlein the beginning they were really goof but then they couldn't be bothered to secure a property for me. 2 weeks late I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on a list of properties i gave them absolutely awful. The keep you interested on a property until the other person has paid their deposit making an excuse that we have no access however if you talk to another agent they will tell you the property is under offer. Only Jake is the helpful on there.

GoogleHaart's in Romford were absolutely marvellous at selling our house. After a very bad experience with another Agent we approached Haarts and Lee took very professional photos. Farrah and Haley came round and were so kind and helpful. Daniella kept us up to date with all the progress of our sale and just so helpful at all times. Jacqui White Regional Manager and Annette Thompson were wonderful and everyone there kept us up to date. We needed a quick exchange as were buying a new build. Haarts done the job and sold our house quickly and very profesdional. They took care of everything. We had offers on the table within a week and we had our quick exchange and got the house we so wanted. We would like to say the biggest thank you to all the staff can't thank you enough.
