GoogleVery poor and unprofessional. The agents tried to change viewing time a couple of hours before an arranged time slot on the same day, and did not even bother to wait for us to show the property when we were already in the area. Clearly, the football on Saturday afternoon is more important then showing rental properties to the clients! Avoid!

Hi Anelia, Sorry you feel like this but the viewing was rearranged on the morning from 12pm to 1pm. You were travelling on the train from east london and did not turn up on time. I waited till 1.30pm and then left. I find it disappointing that you have resulted in creating a 1 star review for our business in the event of you turning up nearly 40 minutes late and then calling our team expecting someone to turn up.

GoogleI contacted Charles Stratton and was welcomed by Thomas, whom I found to be very accommodating. I was interesting in a 2 bedroom property and found that it was agreed to let, he then quickly offered that an alternative flat is available in the same development. He arranged a visit for me on the same day with Nav Singh. We arrived at the development to meet with Nav, he was very help, friendly and accommodating to my housing requirements and needs. This was a new build, therefore, there were a few snagging issues which he was willing to report back immediately. Nav reassured me that these issues would be fixed, should I decide to move in. Nav had a very calm approach to trying to get this let agreed and wasn't being pushy which was highly appreciated. I agreed to let this house, it was a smooth transaction - all references were carried out promptly. All documents were emailed to me in accordance, He said provided everything went through, I could move in on the 28th, he was able to make that happen. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Charles Strutton, they are professional, skilled and reliable to work with. I had a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.

GoogleI had spent around a month searching for a property to rent and finally I was very impressed with B&K. I passed throughout 20 different agencies and neither was that good in customer services. It was the only agency which had provided me with a printed property details. Very small detail but so important when a future tenants start to ask lots of specific question during property review. Another very powerful dignity of this agency is that every thing can be arranged very quickly in a very professional way. I am sure they are one of the best agents in terms of customer focus.
