If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Bluebells have been consistently friendly and helpful since the first enquiry I made. They have often had to answer my long list of questions and even if they were not sure they would always come back to me after looking into it. I had some uncomfortable and pressured experiences with other estate agents and my experience with Bluebells was the complete opposite. They are patient, warm and I felt they genuinely wanted what was right for me rather than pushing for a sale. You can tell this is a well built establishment from its foundations. Whilst everyone we spoke with was warm and supportive, I have to especially thank Debbie K for her hard work and support throughout the entire process. She truly was only ever a phone call or email away and I genuinely felt that she was so pleased for us in our journey. The reassurance she often gave us was priceless. Also, Alison was the exact person you would want to do viewings with. She understood what we were after and didn’t waste our time. The whole team were fantastic. Thank you all. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Brian and Keegan! Buying and selling a house can feel overwhelming at the best of times, but the team at Brian and Keegan made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. They're a small, friendly and truly dedicated team who really take the time to look after their clients. Communication was fantastic throughout, they were always at the end of the phone, happy to answer any questions (no matter how small!) with patience and clarity. A special shoutout to Jaime, who was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything so clearly, was always genuine, caring and really committed to making sure we felt supported every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. We used Bluebell for purchasing our property and, due to needing to move closer to family, we chose Bluebell again to sell our property. Both processes were as smooth as they could be, and we highly recommend them. Our house was on the market for less than a month! The communication throughout was excellent. We had an offer after 3 weeks being on the market. Wendy and Debbie at Bluebells were great with communication, Wendy’s photography skills were very good for the advertisement! If they weren’t available they got back to you as soon as they could. We had a couple of things crop up as you do with moving but they help out where they could and communicated well with our solicitor to get thing moving as quickly as possible. Brilliant experience working with Andy Spicer and Jennie at Charles Stratton for the sale of my property. Andy was super professional and extremely knowledgable when I first met him and I knew immediately that he was the right person to help sell my property. Andy was always responsive when I emailed/called him and provided brilliant advice and guidance during my sale. I was completely blown away when they managed to secure a cash buyer before my property was even officially advertised online! Selling to a cash buyer off-market saved weeks of stressful open houses, eliminated the risk of a broken property chain, and made the entire process incredibly fast and secure. Avoid at all costs!!! Absolutely clueless. They are ripping off both landlords and tenants. Basic remedial issues within the property have taken over two years and at the time of writing this are still unresolved. The contractors they use are cheap and unprofessional. The quality of the work is so bad that they have to come out with over and over again collecting money each time. Carpet in living room needed replacing and they fobbed us off for 2 years. In the end the actually landlord felt so bad for us he came and fitted the flooring himself as the prices he was being quoted by Bluebell were 3x more. Faulty integrated microwave, no attempted whatsoever to resolve. Ultimately again the landlord brought us a new microwave as an interim resolution. The integrated microwave is still not functional. Horrific pipe knocking sound that vibrates the house all day and night. The only thing I can liken it to is a train passing through the house. I have a 4,5 and 10 year old who have been kept up through the night with the noise. The issue is within the wall and they won’t pay the cost to have a professional investigate. They keep sending cowboy handy men don’t have a clue what they are doing or rightly quote the cost of knocking in the wall and painting it back afterwards. Leak under the kitchen sink that produces 9-12 mop buckets of water a day. The contractor cancelled the day he was due to attend as he had to do his MOT. He then cancelled again on the day he was ment to attend as he had to pick up his son. The truth is the contractor can’t do the work himself because he get more capable individuals to do it on his behalf. When you call them they don’t answer if they know it’s you and pass the phone to their colleagues so they don’t have answers to simple questions you ask. Sink and bathroom sealed with incorrect building material. No fix. Empty apology after empty apology with no resolution.I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. Avoid at all costs.

Andy was my wife’s and I’s agent on the recent sale of our property and can say nothing but good things about him. He was so informative on everything and held our hand through the whole process without being overbearing and always keeping us updated at every stage.
