Stratton provided an excellent service in selling our property in Gidea Park. Andy set a realistic price in the market conditions and produced a buyer on the first day of viewing. After some negotiations with the buyer, we were able to reach a satisfactory conclusion for both parties. During the negotiation process, Stratton provided a good follow up process, keeping in touch with buyers, solicitors and ourselves. Thanks to their diligence, we were able to reach the timeline that we desired.

We recently purchased a property through Blue Bell Estates. Overall, the process was fairly smooth, but unfortunately, we experienced some issues with two of the agents. They made certain promises during the transaction which were later denied or forgotten when we sought clarification. Admittedly, we did not have these assurances in writing, which in hindsight was a mistake on our part, but such behaviour is disappointing and unprofessional. In summary, Blue Bell Estates are generally decent agents to work with, but I would strongly advise future clients to ensure that all commitments and agreements are confirmed in writing.

Another joke of an estate agent. Drove all the way from Kent for a viewing at Hornchurch then nobody was at the viewing. Gave their office a call to lettings and nobody picks up. Gave the sales team a call, they pick up on one ring and explain that the tenant cancelled the viewing 10 minutes ago which I find shocking as they did not tell me about this. I have a night shift today and made time for this viewing. Waste of time dealing with these clowns.

Waw! Charles Stratton - Nav, Darren and entire team are OUTSTANDING!!! I needed a 3 bed house rented...I instructed several high street estate agents to find me suitable tenants...None of them could...I wanted a good clean tenant a good job and with a guarantor... Only Nav at Charles stratton found me a great tenant!! I had to go on holiday so i trusted Nav with EVERYTHING!! He picked the tenant, interviewed her, told me about her whilst i was on holiday, he took references, did credit checks, got me a credible guarantor, he did the inventory, took 2 months in advance for me and provided me with an EXCELLENT A.S.T and he signed the A.S.T on my behalf...AND she has been with me for 6 years!! Recently I needed Nav again for some valuations...He was super fast and gave me excellent advice...I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend Nav, Darren at Charles Stratton....Thankyou!!

Wendy did a wonderful job of marketing our property, Bobbi was fantastic with arranging and carrying out the viewings, and Debbie worked so hard to progress the sale to completion, as the sellers of the property we bought were very difficult. Jon first sold me a home 10 years ago. Since then we have dealt several times, now with Michelle and Jamie too for sales, purchases and rental. At every step they have done all they can to make for a smooth experience which will of course always have the odd curve ball. But when those have come in they have dealt with it professionally, calmly and are exceptional at what they do. Especially on my last sale which Jamie was superb on.
