We particularly appreciated their enthusiasm and ability to get things into place quickly. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on viewings & feeding back with us through out. Our expectations were exceeded in gaining several offers over the asking price - amazing achievement in the current market. They were always very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Jamie’s experience was invaluable in managing the chain & resolving issues to line everything up for a smooth move. We highly recommend their excellent service & overall professionalism.

GoogleCharles Stratton come very highly recommended from me. They have managed my property over 5 years securing long term tenants with no rental defaults. They go over and beyond, managing the relationship and returned the property in similar state it was rented out. their prices are reasonable and process simple (paper work handled by them). When it came to the sale of my property they were the 1st to secure viewings even after I contacted them a month after other major agents in the area. They were also the ones with more viewing and better buyers. I honestly put it down to their professionalism and more so the personal relationship touch which is 100% essential in this field; after all your home is your most personal space. To put it in context they saved me thousands in cost (letting and sales) and got me thousands more in sale value!! Keep the good work up guys!!

GoogleSo professional from start to finish, Wendy listened to us when we talked about what we’d like her to focus on when working out the House description and she totally delivered. All of the staff at Bluebell are so helpful and friendly. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough! We originally went with a bigger company but soon realised our mistake they didn’t listen to us and were really unhelpful. If you’re looking for an Estate Agent who will listen to your needs and provide support and direction along the way then look no further Bluebells will not disappoint!
