I couldn’t recommend a them more. An independent agent with excellent knowledge of the local market, competitive rates, always efficient and responsive, and very supportive throughout the sale of my house. A refreshing change from the alternative (national) agents who were rather pushy and clearly simply wanted to hit their personal sales targets.

I am so grateful to Mr Navdeep Singh. He has been really kind, professional and helpful right from the beginning to the end. If it wasn’t for Navdeep bhai, it wouldn’t be possible and I know he has saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate it. I know Andy has also done a lot of work in the background and they both have been in regular communication either with myself or the solicitor. I strongly recommend Charles Stratton - the most honest and compassionate estate agents I’ve ever seen! They are not just highly professional but they are also very considerate of human emotions and sentiments involved in the process. I am recommending my friends and family to Nav bhai. He is a real gentleman and extremely professional. Will look after you like a brother/ sister. I call him bhai because he earned that respect by being so kind to me and by being honest with me right from the beginning. I will never forget this help from Navdeep bhai. It was so close to falling apart and he gave me honest advice which saved me. If you are looking for an honest estate agent with high level of success rate and professional integrity then don’t hesitate to contact Nav bhai. I would like to thank the office team too starting with Andy for all the hard work. Best wishes RB

I fully recommend Michelle as an agent. She was friendly and knowledgable with no BS. Most estate agents are so pushy and in many cases dishonest and made me want to run away. Michelle was not like this at all.

It was a big decision choosing an estate agent to sell through, with so many options out there and varying advice & fees. I couldn’t be happier that we went with Bluebells, they were spot on from start to finish and it really felt like they cared, not only about selling our house but about our experience. They made it easy and were worth every penny! I highly recommend you sell through Bluebells or even contact them for advice if you’re thinking about selling.
