GoogleUnfortunately I have to give Balgores one star which is far too generous. My car was in the garage for 7 weeks for a small dent and scrape on the right wing. That is just the beginning. My car was picked up and it was working perfectly. 7 weeks later it was dropped off with no Petrol and the battery was flat. I was informed by the estimator who I could not understand that the car had an electrical problem which caused the battery to be flat and also the sat nav, CD etc not to work. Absolute nonsense. I will be getting a solicitor to look into this and carry out the necessary procedures. I am now left with a car that does not work.

Minutes after I filled out their online request form I got a call from a member of the team, and a few hours later, Liam had valued my property and put it up on the market. Shortly after, we had several viewings, an offer was made and the property has been sold. I would like to thank Louise, Gavin and the entire team for all their help, and for being very responsive throughout the process. Excellent service - would use again and would certainly recommend.

GoogleThese guys are really nice and friendly is a term which is thrown around a lot but to be honest in the process of buying a house they're irrelevant. Most important attribute is competency. And the staff at balgores romford are definitely the most competent and also very welcoming and approachable. Had a really pleasant experience purchasing my property through them. They were always there when I had any questions and also they had the answers to all my queries even in the process of the legal work. They definitely know what they're doing.
