I called this agency to have information about a renting flat and literally the gentleman on the phone was very rude and impatient asking me a thousand questions without having the opportunity to have information first. I will be moving with a dog so I needed to ask if the flat was pet allowed. I will be moving with my husband so normally the agency/landlord needs a total income. This gentleman was asking only about my income and when i replied saying about the total income because we are two people moving he said 'no, what your income'. Well that's to say, thousand of quick questions with out any courtesy or pleasure to talk to a potential new tenant means that they don't have time to care about their business they just need to rent the flat quickly and take the percentage from landlord not caring about anything else. This was the first impression. I just refuse to talk to him I don't normally do this but I and hang up on him. No thanks 1 minute of impolite conversation done! I heard alot of good things about Bairstow eves, it's only when I went into the ROMFORD Branch I knew why they were really good. I was very nervous about letting my property out and didn't know what process to follow etc. I spoke to Ozlem Belinder from the branch, she was extremely helpful. She just asked me a few questions and that was it, she knew exactly what I wanted from my tenants. She really put my mind at ease. She dealt with absolutely everything. She went out of her way to help me through this process. If it wasn't for Ozlem I would have struggled. She kept me up to date about everuthing. I would definitely recommend OZLEM and her team at Romford for all their hard work.

Called the branch yesterday for a repair I needed done in my house. The branch were so nice and helpful, they transferred me to my property manager Keegan. He was very understanding and knowledgeable on the repair, he spoke to the landlord straight after getting off the phone with me and got the issue sorted the same day. Great service, very caring.

I recently purchased a property through them and which didn't go through. I was one step away from the exchang and they told me that vendor would like to go with someone else. On top of it their conveyancing service also did the same, during the process they never called me unless I call them and chase and there was no response after the transaction was cancelled. This estate agency initially told me something but they didn't keep their words. They are so unprofessional, because of which I lost lot of time and money. Came across this branch last year. At the time I was getting help from Daniel, Nice guy. Had a few problems moving in but eventually got there. As I went to collect the keys, Man called Jason, Who I believe is the manager now, made one comment to my application which I let slide. When I moved in, no inventory was done. Had to figure out the house through out the year, Emailed them many times for it and nothing. Once Jason became manager, Moving out and trying to get my deposit back was just the worst. He is just so Rude and full of himself, it's disgusting. Would not recommend this branch, it's like once they make a sale then that's it
