Staff at bairstow eves Lettings couldn’t be any nicer and more helpful. Only agency that I have called and that are willing to answer any questions no matter how simple they may seem. I’ve phoned on many occasions to ask and they answer without even thinking, the training the company provide seems to be brilliant. Would recommended this company!

I have just completed on my flat and have had an excellent experience using BE. What should have been a straightforward transaction became quite frantic due to silly deadlines being demanded by my buyer and inefficiencies from their solictors. Very dissapointed about this company service, absolutely awful! I paid the holding deposit for a property and then they told me that is not possible to give me the property because"the landlord is not picking up the phone".Ok, i did trust them, but then the things get worse, they was trying to show me other properties which obviously i didn't want them as was not what i was looking for! Plus, when Jameson show me another property, he was so surprised that i paid the holding deposit,"oh, really?"then everything went very clear, the property went let agreed but with 50£extra.I called them and they still saying to me that the landlord is not picking up the phone! Now i'm waiting for my money back.Jameson and Ozlem Belindir absolutely 2 liars,never get a contract with those people.You have all the chances to become homeless.You can't play with people's lives like that!

I am a tenant of Bairstow Eves and I highly recommend them. They are brilliant. The agents who work there are very helpful and you are guaranteed a quality professional service. They are reliable and will always get back to you if you have any questions, which I have personally appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property as you will not be disappointed with the service you will receive. Moving into a different property can be a daunting, stressful experience. However, they made the process enjoyable, pleasant and stress free.
