GoogleI received a fantastic service from Bairstow Eves, 132 South Street, RM1 1TE as a whole with regards to viewing a property with the Manager Jason and the correspondence from Kyrie but I definitely want to make a special commendation for Freddie-Ray Wealand (Lettings Negotiator) whose customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Everytime we spoke he set my mind at ease and was very confident in the quality of service he and his colleagues were going to provide me and his friendliness came across so well over the phone. Going forward I highly recommend this estate agency, thank you for your great service so far!

GoogleCame across this branch last year. At the time I was getting help from Daniel, Nice guy. Had a few problems moving in but eventually got there. As I went to collect the keys, Man called Jason, Who I believe is the manager now, made one comment to my application which I let slide. When I moved in, no inventory was done. Had to figure out the house through out the year, Emailed them many times for it and nothing. Once Jason became manager, Moving out and trying to get my deposit back was just the worst. He is just so Rude and full of himself, it's disgusting. Would not recommend this branch, it's like once they make a sale then that's it

GoogleI recently purchased a property through them and which didn't go through. I was one step away from the exchang and they told me that vendor would like to go with someone else. On top of it their conveyancing service also did the same, during the process they never called me unless I call them and chase and there was no response after the transaction was cancelled. This estate agency initially told me something but they didn't keep their words. They are so unprofessional, because of which I lost lot of time and money. Jess looked after my sale and was extremely helpful and nothing is ever too mich trouble and whenever there was an issue she was straight on to the relevent parties to troubleshoot and resolve it. I highly recommend using them to sell your property.

GoogleExtremely disappointed and would not recommend this office to anyone. They were very nice until we signed the contract. We suspected our future landlord was in violation of our future contract (we were right) and we asked them about it on the day of the signing. They either lied to cover it or had no idea what the state of the property they are dealing with is in. So under their supervision (and lie) we signed a violated contract and they couldn't care less. I immediately emailed and no one has bothered to even apologize, let alone explain the situation. My partner went to talk to them in person and they had no comment, didn't care at all. Do not trust them and go somewhere else, these are not people you want dealing with your property/letting arrangements. Extremely unprofessional. Edit: based on this review I kept receiving random phone calls from the manager asking me to delete or edit it. He kept bothering me every few months on my private phone for the two years we were in the flat. Completely unprofessional considering I was sharing my honest opinion. Our moving out experience was also less than perfect - it took them more than 8 months to give us our deposit back. Not to mention the fact that the initial reason for this review was the fact that the landlord hadn't cleaned the apartment (as per contract). We were assured by BE we won't have to hire professional cleaners when moving out to even things out. We left the flat spotless and were still fined a cleaning fee for the landlord who lied about cleaning in the first place. This is an office that only takes care of the landlords and will continuously screw renters over in my experience. P.s. Don't bother calling me again, I won't edit or delete this. If you want better reviews start treating your customers accordingly.
