We have using Andrews to manage the letting of our residential property for 25+ years. As ever, we have been thoroughly satisfied with their performance. Here's to another 25 years!We have been delighted to welcome Tomasz Faba of the Southfield branch as our new advisor and first point of contact to help us let our property. Tomasz seamlessly negotiated a slightly tricky tenancy changeover. He was totally professional, very patient, showed great knowledge and experience, and constantly cheerful! Shockingly bad. Andrews have recently taken over the Coop group contract to manage on behalf of the freeholder. It's hard to tell whether they are just grossly incompetent or attempting to defraud the leaseholders by issuing spurious invoices. Either way if I was a freeholder I'd avoid asking Andrews to manage my portfolio.

If there would be a world cup for estate agents, the branch based in Romford would deserve this!! Absolutely amazing service provided throughout the buying process! They made me feel like they're working for me, constantly keeping me in the loop, calling my solicitor to speed things up and taking every single one of my endless calls with a warm 'Hello'.
