But, in my flat search journey, I met Lois Fealty, which I cannot resist to find time and leave review for. I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

Had a great experience buying my first property with Andrews Romford. Kish, Kamilija and James were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Being a first time buyer me and my wife didn't know much about the process. Kish helped guide us along and was very patient throughout. He was very prompt to respond to our questions and always kept us updated throughout. Additionally when he went on holiday he ensured that someone was there to cover for him and move things forwards. Furthermore he saved us money by obtaining and sharing electrical check (something our surveyor said we should get) results from the seller that were done very recently. Thanks for everything and I really appreciate the handwritten card we received on completion. Would highly recommend Andrews to anyone looking to buy a property in Romford.

Having experienced really poor service from our previous estate agent, working with Kish, Kamilija and James was the polar opposite. They were all really on the ball. Estate agents in the main have a bit of a reputation, but this is absolutely NOT the case with the Team at Andrews. They communicated with us to an exceptional standard - they returned our calls and emails pretty much by return. In truth, we really can’t fault them and their service. I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as an agent during what has been quite a stressful experience for the most part, and I am now all ready to move end of this month! Thank you Ben! :-)
