Drew was extremely informative when helping me understand all the litigation and how to process works as I found t moving house to be quite overwhelming. I also like how the team call exactly when they say they will call and don’t forget as I have experienced this quite a lot with other estate agents. I was always kept up to date with any updates and felt so comfortable during one of the most stressful times in my life. I have worked with Marta Brzek, Mike Morris, Ella Light and Sam Harhat to help them with recruitment.We have helped them to find 3 candidates who are joining them and are all very happy to have been successful. The feedback from the candidates is this is a great company to work for, with a caring team who were very polite and courteous throughout the interviewing process. Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. Ignored our calls & let us down!

I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!
