I have been with Andrews for a couple of years now and I am still very impressed and amazed how they provide excellent services to their tenants, customers and clients. Anything from a little inquiry to biggest repair concerns, they always are on top of it and make sure they are addressed as soon as possible. Very efficient. Im always sending an email to Michelle and she has always been so responsive and accomodating. 100 stars for them!!

GoogleI have recently been working with Kamilija. I've experienced the best customer service. Kamilija, has been easy to get a hold of as well as efficient in sharing information during the buying process. When I went for my viewing Kamilija not only showed me around, she engaged with me and had brochures printed. I felt at ease and in really good company. Kamilija took time to explain the process and how things would work moving forward and as a first time buyer I greatly appreciate this. I haven't experienced service like this with any other estate agent this year during my viewings. I'm very pleased with Kamilija's service and Andrews overall. Please take into consideration making Kamilijas approach a common practice. Thank you :)

We are absolutely delighted to have chosen to go with Andrews to sell our property, Stan and his team cannot be recommended enough they have always been polite, punctual and very professional and oh so extremely helpful considering we had a few hiccups along the way with buyers and solicitors. We thank you all so very much for your hard work. And although we have no intention of moving again, but if we did I’m sad we would not be able to use Stan and his team as we are moving out of the area.

Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?

The reason for this high review is entirely due to the James Conner, the agent assigned to my sale. In what was a very difficult and long sale, James was always on hand to give sound advice throughout, speaking to and reassuring the buyers as well as me, and going above and beyond in every possible respect. If it were not for him this sale could well have fallen through, and I'm entirely grateful to him. Superb in terms of client care. If you are selling or buying, you'll not go wrong by asking for James as your agent.

GoogleThe easiest part about buying a property has been working with Kish and Kamilija! From the very start they were so polite and so helpful, really taking the time to explain everything to me as a first time buyer. The level of customer service was second to none, with them going out of their way to help sort through all the paperwork and information from solicitors, even printing our contracts for us. They were always at the end of the phone and would reply to emails super quickly in such a polite and friendly manner. I would go back to Andrews to work with them again in a heartbeat! Cannot recommend enough 😊

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I cannot thank him enough.
