GoogleInstructed Accord during the height of the pandemic, had numerous set backs due to the COVID situation but all through that time the staff were nothing but helpful, patient and supportive. God knows how many times I must have been on the phone to Paul. Always available to take my call, never dismissive of my concerns . FacebookI recently purchased a property through Accord and couldn’t recommend Jamie Carr highly enough. He was very professional and always easily contactable with regular updates which was a real lifeline considering the long chain I was in. Even after I moved in he was more than happy to come to the house when I had trouble locating the stop cock and non existent water meter.

GoogleExceptional service and know how throughout the sale process. Brandon from day one was transparent, we could see his efforts to help us, and for once it was refreshing to see this from a selling agent. We can't fault him or the agency and would HIGHLY recommend other home owners to use Accord. They are farbetter when it comes to a personal service compared to all these so called High St coperate sharks...thank you again to everyone at Accord and esp Brandon for helping us secure our dream home. You guys are the best.

GoogleMy experience of Accord, as agents selling my Mum's house, was excellent. As a smaller company, they seem to appreciate the value of their good reputation locally, and they were always responsive and accountable. They received a good number of offers for the property and used their experience to help me select a reliable buyer. They kept on top of the conveyancing which reduced the stress for me. A really good job.

Acting as agent for both purchase and sale, there were a few times where they were placed in a tricky position, but every time they acted transparently and fairly.
