He found us the perfect home that we can call our home and feel comfortable in for the foreseeable. My wife drove him mad with calls for updates but he never complained once and explained everything so well and reassured us all the time. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Accord Sales and Lettings over the years (both selling and renting) on numerous occasions. Most recently we had the pleasure of working with them renting a property off of them. Amanda, Nathan and Georgie-May have been amazing from start to finish and dealt with everything for us! Nothing is a problem and they worked hard for us to get into our new home on a very short time frame. Rented out our property in Upminster with Accord, the process went very smoothly, with very fast turnaround and new tenants found and moved in quickly. Received great advice on how to best present the property, and everything was organized quickly and efficiently on our behalf, including all the necessary checks and maintenance before being put on the market. The property was marketed very effectively with a good listing and great photos. Communication was prompt and I was kept up to date on all progress. The fact that they are a local company also makes it very easy to do business. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to let out a propery in the area!

I had the displeasure of renting from Accord lettings. They didn't want to return my deposit, kept finding silly reasons to deduct money. When it comes to repairs, they are so slow its shameful and they will only do temporary fixes. There was an old boiler in my flat, it was about 60yrs old, totally useless and I went a whole month without hot water. I kept having these stupid inspections every 3 months, then it was 6 months. They stop inspecting when they see there where repairs that needed to be done on the flat. Wish I could rate them 0 stars.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
