We had the pleasure of Gemma who went above and beyond to ensure we got in our property despite the delays. GoogleWe did purchase our first house through "Your move" agency in Rochester. All experience was very pleasant from the start to finish. Jordan who met us for viewing, was very patient and kind. Tina who dealt with our purchase, was always very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Always kept us in the loop, truly helped during all procedures. We are very happy with all experience and couldn't ask more. Thank you for all your help to all your team! I would definitely recommend or would use them in the future.

GoogleAnne who works for Mann Rochester Branch Sales team sent emails to financially con potential customers (who never agreed to use their service in the first place!!) and emotionally threat potential customers that they are not allowed to sell their properties with any other agents, otherwise a fee to Mann would be involved. A shocking indecent human being! When we reported Ann's con behaviour to Mann's headoffice complaint team, they apologised to us and rectified it. We appreciated to Mann head office's effective complaint handling about their employees misconduct, hopefully Mann should not tolerate their employees con behaviour in the future!!! The company's reputation is ruined by this type of employees!!

GoogleAbsolutely waste of time and money , totally bunch of cowboys. First tenant they found for me was Supposed to move in to my property on the 2 of October 2019 but 2 October come and gone nothing happened. After I told them I’m going to take my business elsewhere they found another tenant ,Second tenant was supposed to move in on the 9 of November but it never happened. I was always told pack of lies that just few more days wait . My property is in very good condition and in very good area, because of their negligence and laziness i lost nearly £3000 rent . I will never use your move Rochester branch again. Since then I have used another state agency Who found tenant for me in matter of time and new tenant moved in at the binging of December.

GoogleI first contacted Your Move when I wanted to let a property in Edinburgh. As a result of their efficient service I decided to let another property in Rochester. Daniel Hughes (Senior Sales Consultant) visited the property and I was more than happy to extend my relationship with Your Move further. I found Daniel to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous in my dealings with him. I was also happy with the choice of tenants he vetted - and in such quick time. As such, I would be more than happy to recommend the Your Move team (Rochester) to anyone interested in buying, selling or renting a property. Kind regards Gary Pinder
