Do not use this branch of Your Move unless you want to be experience constant lip service, “round Robin” Emails that never get responded to, phone calls made by the Manager that never get answered, which begs the question does he actually make them ?. Senior Management promised me that I would receive an apology from the branch regarding comments made about the pitiful amount of commission they would receive implying that it really wasn’t worth their while selling our property …. Well apology never received. I was told on numerous occasions that I can use other agents if I wish. The service received has absolutely floored us.

The Rochester Team have been incredibly helpful with the purchase of our first property. Our purchase was difficult due to issues further down the chain but the team were supportive, communicated with us well and kept us in the loop whenever they could. Rented property through your move, 5 years of abuse from landlord, one whole year before getting a renewal from year before, not once did your move take responsibility to help us. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy that's how bad they are, my confidence in the team at yourmove is gone all about protecting the landlord not the people who rent.

Emma Fox is a fantastic mortgage advisor with all the qualities you look for in this business. I was trying to get a buy to let mortgage and an extra borrowing from my residential property. It was not a straightforward case as some lenders were reluctant to give me the amount I needed while the Bank of England kept increasing its base rate. Emma made my life a lot easier as she sorted out all the problems for me. She helped me secure the best possible rates in the current climate in good time and I am very happy with her service.

Overall a good experience buying a house through Your Move Rochester. Jordan was our first contact, facilitating 2 separate viewings so both my girlfriend and I could view separately. Nice guy and no pressure approach to viewings. Tina then took over and very good at staying in touch when needed. Also responded to emails very quickly, which was important when we had some solicitor issues during the process. The sale on our previous property fell through very close to exchange and Tina was supportive whilst we found another buyer, somehow the sellers didn’t give up on us! Would recommend selling/buying through Your Move Rochester, and we’ll likely do so when/if the time comes to move on. Thanks 👍🏻

Daniel was an absolute godsend during the entire process of renting our home in Rochester. He worked incredibly hard to ensure the tenancy went through on a very tight timeframe and was brilliant about keeping us informed of the progress and finding solutions when problems arose on the way. Moving is difficult at the best of times, particularly during a national lockdown but Daniel made it happen and he made it straightforward and easy. We are all very grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or Your Move in Rochester. They are all truly fantastic.

A huge thank you to Mann Rochester, particularly Anne, who supported us throughout and overseeing the selling of our property in Strood when she was based there. Anne helps facilitate an efficient and empathetic team to deal with our needs with having a busy newborn family life and created a sales package which made selling the property quick (and coincidently go into a bidding war), and we had moved in just a few months . All the pressure was off us, and they went above and beyond helping with the solicitors, chasing paperwork. We knew exactly what was happening and when. At present we continue us to seek Anne for our other property based needs and have found her polite, efficient and an experienced professional in her field.

Really impressed with the whole team. From the first valuation by Paul to all the dealings with Jay and Anne. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Jay was especially fantastic and kept us informed and updated at every stage, in a quick, prompt and professional manner. Using Mann Rochester after our previous agent (who were beyond terrible) has restored our faith that some estate agents do actually care and are good at thier jobs. Highly recommend and will 100% use again.
