GoogleGreat people to deal with, I used to pop over just for a chat. Business wise they are very thorough and will explain everything you need to know. Shame I had to leave, and an even bigger shame they didn't rent properties where I moved to. If im in the area I will pop in. Thanks for all the good advice. Des

Ryan (AKA The Spider Guy)! While we certainly miss your company, we can't say the same for your eight legged friends! The team has certainly had a few nightmares, and it's the first time we've had to draw straws as to who would have to carry out your property visit! Wishing you the best of luck in your future ventures! Regards, Rochester Lettings Team

GoogleA breath of fresh air! A transferred from another agent in Medway to Rochester Lettings and cannot fault the service. They answer their phones, reply promptly, are well informed and even able to speak about the technical and legal aspects of renting. I thoroughly recommend them. Makes a landlord's life much easier. Fully managed means just that.
