Hello Jack! Somewhat disappointed to see you left us a 1* review! I understand you were in a house share with some friends over a year ago. I have looked into the system and can see other than general repairs which were all attended to in a timely manner - we had a late night emergency call following an inlet pipe to the wash hand basin in the bathroom which had been knocked during a social gathering causing a large leak. We received a call in the early hours of the morning, and were in attendance immediately to isolate the water to the bathroom, with the landlord then carrying out a full repair shortly after. A large deposit deduction is evident on check-out, however the vast majority for owed rent in the final month. Otherwise the tenancy seemed rather uneventful! I have tried to call to discuss what may have warranted this rating, however you immediately hung up so I am assuming you might not wish to talk - leaving us a little perplexed! If you do change your mind, we are always looking for ways to provide our customers with a better experience, so would love to hear any feedback or suggestions you may have!
